LinkerBot shipped 10,000 robotic hands last year, accounting for around 80 percent of global demand. Its technology can perform tasks ranging from playing piano to assembling electronics. The company believes falling costs could make advanced robots more accessible in the coming years.

Founded in 2023, LinkerBot has attracted significant investment and is reportedly seeking funding at a 6 billion dollar valuation. Founder Zhou Yong argues that robotic hands represent one of the most challenging aspects of humanoid design and sees them as a key step toward broader adoption of personal robots. The company supplies research institutions, manufacturers and other robotics developers.
