The announcement, signed by the mayor, Manuel Tibo (PSD), and published today in the Diário da República (Official Gazette), states that the base value of the tender procedure is €1,223,930.72.

Interested parties may submit proposals until 5:00 PM on February 18th.

The contract execution period will be 12 months, as announced in the Official Gazette.

The building, acquired by the Terras de Bouro municipality several years ago, is located in Balança, near the municipal headquarters.

According to the Terras de Bouro City Council, the objective is to consolidate municipal services, materials, and equipment spread across several locations into a single location, while also improving working conditions for employees.

Regarding financing, €500,000 were secured through a technical and financial cooperation agreement signed in December 2024 with the Secretary of State for Local Administration and Spatial Planning.

The €600,000 will be covered by a bank loan taken out by the municipality, and the remainder will come from the municipal budget.
