In a press release, Turistrela, responsible for managing the infrastructure, explains that the official opening took place after the symbolic opening that was scheduled last Friday, December 12th.

Although it is already open to the public, the infrastructure is still undergoing technical and operational work, which is necessary for the "progressive opening of other slopes, depending on weather conditions and snow conditions".

“The resort will remain open whenever weather and snow conditions permit. Currently, snowfall is forecast for the coming days, and the team is constantly monitoring the situation to keep the slopes operational whenever possible,” adds Turistrela in a report by Publituris.

Turistrela also informs that, due to the high influx of visitors expected in the coming days due to the Christmas season, ticket sales are exclusively online, “with no sales on-site,” and that all services offered by the resort must be booked in advance via email.
