Lisbon: A wet weekend is forecast in Lisbon with the heaviest expected on Sunday when temperatures are to peak at 13 degrees and drop to nightly lows of 9 degrees. On Monday light showers are to continue with a chance of sunny spells. Tuesday is to be mainly dry however rain is to return on Wednesday.

The north: Rain is to continue in the north over the weekend, however there will be a chance of some sunny spells on Sunday when temperatures are to reach highs of 12 degrees and lows of 4 degrees. From Monday the weather is to remain stable with a mixture of sunshine and showers and average highs of 14 degrees.

The centre: Showers on Friday are to ease on Saturday, when there will be highs of 13 degrees and lows of 4 degrees. On Sunday some light showers are forecast with highs of 11 degrees. From Monday it is to be mainly dry but with heavy cloud cover and average highs of 11 degrees and lows of 3 degrees.

The south: Saturday is to be the best day of the weekend with a slight chance of rain and highs of 16 degrees. On Sunday there will be a chance of rain with highs of 15 degrees and lows of 7 degrees. Monday is to be bright and dry with highs of 15 degrees. Rain is forecast to return on Thursday with light showers.

Madeira: Rain on Friday is to give way to clearer skies on Saturday although there will still be a chance of rain with highs of 19 degrees and lows of 15 degrees. On Sunday some rain is expected with sunny periods, with highs of 19 degrees and lows of 15 degrees.

The Azores: Heavy cloud is forecast for Saturday with the chance of some sunny spells and highs of 17 degrees. On Sunday it should be brighter with prolonged sunny periods and highs of 12 degrees. On Monday light showers are set to return with highs of 17 degrees and lows of 13 degrees.
