In a statement, the event organizers noted that there will be "workshops and masterclasses led by nationally and internationally renowned artists, focusing on improving techniques and identifying new talent."
Curated by Hugo Danin, this year's Porto Drum Show will feature "highlights such as Sleep Token II, Greyson Nekrutman [of Sepultura], Jojo Mayer, Larnell Lewis [of Snarky Puppy], and the musical project Bateu Matou."
"I've always believed this concept was necessary for the city of Porto and that there's room for growth and for Portugal to become a benchmark on the map of the world's best music events," the curator emphasized, quoted in the same statement.
Tickets for the event are on sale now and cost 25 euros per day.
