Its existence is referenced in old belief systems, particularly Hinduism. This advanced civilization was the “cradle of human civilization,” a time of great spiritual connection that predated the fall of Atlantis and left behind records and spiritual wisdom accessible to modern seekers.

In this time, magnificent Temples of Enlightenment have graced our planet. They were the focal points of the Sacred Flames and Their Virtues, kept by highly spiritually evolved men and women–the priesthood of that civilization–who harnessed the power of the Almighty Presence of God within their hearts. Through this connection, they could magnetize divine gifts like healing, peace, prosperity, beauty, and brotherhood from the Ascended Masters’ Realm. In those days, Ascended Masters and Angelic Beings interacted with the priesthood, and mankind lived in a State of Grace, constantly giving praise for all the gifts and resources they daily received from their Source of Light.

Lemurians possessed the power of precipitation, wisdom, and knowledge far beyond that of modern humans and were highly spiritual, deeply connected to universal energy. Their society was built on advanced spiritual teachings and is associated with a glorious Golden Age or the biblical “Garden of Eden,” a place of pristine beauty and perfect spiritual harmony, before the first fall of man, which brought the great Veil of Maya upon mankind’s inner vision, blocking their direct connection to their Divine Source.

This moment was a crucial period in Earth’s history. The incarnated souls in Lemuria were innocents but still inexperienced in the art of self-control and discrimination. Therefore, when the Cosmic Law permitted Earth to host backward souls from other planets, some of these harmless beings were easily influenced by the discordant and sensual appetites of these laggards, darkening the Earth’s atmosphere.

This pollution was the cause of the so-called Veil of Maya. The sensual frequencies and negative thoughts blocked the higher vibrations from the Spheres of Light; consequently, even for those who were not contaminated by the laggards, it became more and more challenging to sustain the direct connection with the Divine Presence within. It brought a constant sense of fear and a feeling of separation.

Certainly, these changes didn’t occur in a day, month, or century but over hundreds of years, leading to the complete destruction of that civilization. History repeats itself through cycles of peace and decline of the race. When Peace and Love prevail in the world, Prosperity and Blessings abound. When Hatred and Sensuality grow, destruction and suffering fall upon humanity, but the Occult Hierarchy always finds a way to safeguard the good in each cycle. Therefore, before Lemuria sank, the Great Ones warned the Guardian Spirits of Lemuria, who took the Sacred Flames, Texts, and Artifacts from the Temples and moved them to safer places around the world, preserving these blessings for a new civilization to emerge from the remnants of Lemuria–the Atlantean Civilisation.
