Visitors can explore around 40 stalls offering a wide variety of health-related products and services – in the broadest sense of the word. The event features both paramedical and medical practitioners alongside holistic therapists, natural product makers, and eco-friendly lifestyle brands. Expect everything from physiotherapy, nutritional advice, and health screenings to yoga, mindfulness, and organic skincare.

Throughout the day, guests can join a diverse programme of free workshops and lectures, as well as a selection of special paid workshops for a more in-depth experience. Activities will take place both outdoors on the Convent’Bio grounds and inside the charming chapel, creating a unique atmosphere.

Delicious and wholesome food and drinks will be served by Convent’Bio, making it the perfect day to nourish both body and mind.

The Lovitall Health Event runs from 10am to 5pm, and entry is just €5 (free for children).
