Parents in the Algarve are invited to attend an insightful and practical workshop, Raising Resilient Kids, on Tuesday, 21 April, at the W Hotel Algarve in Albufeira.

Led by child safety and mental wellness expert Francesca Douglass-Franco, founder of Humansave, the session will explore how to support children as they navigate today's increasingly complex world, shaped by technology, online risks, and social pressures such as bullying.

The workshop will cover key topics, including online safety, the emotional challenges faced by expat families, and the five core skills that build resilience in children.
