This new investment follows the work begun with the acquisition of the emblematic Fábrica do Inglês and is part of a broader urban regeneration strategy focused on the recovery of buildings with significant historical and symbolic value for the region.

“We believe that Silves plays an essential role in the history of the Algarve and its future. Investing in heritage also means investing in identity, purpose and legacy”, saiys Erik de Vlieger, CEO of Carvoeiro Branco and Antrix.

The specific project for this unit is currently in the technical survey phase and will be presented at a later stage. The developers, however, reinforce their intention to continue a sensitive approach that respects the history of the site and aligns with the contemporary needs of the city, namely through a residential housing project that is greatly needed in the Algarve region.
