According to the portal, promoted by the Francisco Manuel dos Santos Foundation (FFMS), Celorico da Beira is the municipality with the lowest median value per m2 of houses, with a bank appraisal set at €574.

"Ponta do Sol [Autonomous Region of Madeira] is the municipality with the highest growth in the median value per m2 of houses, based on bank appraisals, rising from 1,118 euros in 2021 to 1,861 euros in 2024, a growth of 66.4%," the document reads.
